Johnny Monsarrat, Managing Partner. Strategy, Marketing, Partnering, Fundraising.
Most of the work
of Monsarrat Consulting is done directly by Mr. Monsarrat, taking
on a wide range of strategy, marketing, business development, and
management tasks. Mr. Monsarrat is a serial entrepreneur
who founded and CEO'd Turbine Entertainment Software,
a Microsoft partner which is now Boston's largest computer games
company. As a consultant he has played stopgap executive
roles for Boston-area high-tech firms at the VP level for over a
decade. He has an MIT MBA and BS, and also attended Harvard and Brown
University. He is an award-winning public speaker and is an occasional
lecturer on entrepreneurship at MIT, Brown, and Wellesley.
Mr. Monsarrat has appeared in the Boston Globe, CNN, USA Today, Mass High
Tech, and the Wall Street Journal.

Rickland Powell. Recruiting, Partnering, Sales.
Mr. Powell is an experienced Internet entrepreneur and manager, currently
serving as VP Business Development and Sales at Sandstorm Enterprises,
a security software firm. As Executive Vice President of Turbine
Entertainment Software from 1995-1997, he managed development,
investor relations and sought and negotiated publishing
opportunities. Prior to joining Turbine, Mr. Powell founded, grew and sold
two companies. Mr. Powell is also Boston's best connected technical
recruiter, with close ties to the MIT community.

Janet Si-Ming Lee. Web Design, Print Design, Branding.
In 1998, Ms. Lee was the first to receive a BA with Honors in Multimedia
Arts from Wellesley College, and also attended MIT. She was the
creative lead for a website that was a finalist for a prestigious 2001
Massachusetts Interactive Media Council Award. Her clients have
included: MKA (Madsen, Kneppers & Associates), ZipGlobal, Charney
Research, MIT Sloan School of Management, and OPTAx. Ms. Lee is also the
Founder and President of WAAM (Wellesley Alumnae and Affiliates in
Multimedia), an organization of Wellesley and MIT alumni interested in
entrepreneurship and multimedia. She won two of the 1994 New England
Drama Festival Art Awards, and a 1990 Boston Globe Honorable Mention
Award for in the Scholastic Art Competition. Her art has been
featured at the Boston Cyberarts Festival '01 and at SIGGRAPH '98.
