Invited by the WFE to the Emerging Markets Forum to present on the economics of listing to an audience of leaders of exchanges; developed a new framework for exchange economics. In 1999, developed a 60-page Working Committee Study used by exchanges and regulatory agencies to create and restructure stock markets dedicated to young, small or high-tech companies.
